Pull ups

Have you ever been the worst at something? I am totally admitting to being the worst at pull ups. Yes it is not something I have had much experience doing.. and no I’m not fishing for sympathy because I don’t need it. I am completely okay with being number one.. at the wrong end. Want to know why? I have somewhere to progress to, I have a strong heart and a strong mind. My body will get stronger and I will get healthier. I have enthusiasm and guts (perhaps a bit too much.. but hey, the healthy eating will help there 😜). One day I’ll be able to do this – watch this space. I’m grateful to be surrounded by motivating and non judgmental coaches and classmates. It’s a great way to exercise knowing that your best (whatever level you are) is enough.
