Step by step

I am grateful that every single day is a step closer to being the healthiest that I have ever been. I am going to continue to eat well, even when I am tired and feel like yummy, filling carbs. I know my tummy is feeling much better eating fresh salads, lean proteins, and healthy fats such as nuts. Every time I see the food that I have always turned to, to boost my energy – the quick sugary fix.. I need to remind myself that it I don’t need it.. it has been 28 days since I have had sugar! That’s a record. ​​
