Crossfit Strength 

Tonight I surprised myself at crossfit. We were doing split jerks and push press.. seeing how heavy we could lift. I wasn’t finished at 52kg for both movements but we ran out of time. I surprised myself.. it was amazing to see everyone achieving so much tonight. I was proud of myself but also very proud of the efforts of my crossfit family. I’m so grateful to be a part of such a great community. A place where there’s no judgement – we all just do the best that we can.         I guess it will also take me a while to build that kinda strength of mind to continue… but also the physical strength in order to progress. The whole idea is to push through and to get as fit as I’ve never been before. I hope I can make this reality… once for all and forever!
