So I have signed up for another 12 week program with my nutritionist. Last week wasn’t a great week. I gave in to temptation and was a bit blase about the whole thing. I decided it was time to reassess and get back on top of it all. I have a new eating regime tailored to my body’s current state, with some new exercises prescribed too. So on top of my classes at crossfit.. I will be walking three mornings a week before breakfast. Thank goodness I have such a supportive mum. She was right beside me walking at 5am through the dark streets of Turramurra. So grateful for her love and support.
