Pull Ups

Ouch! Tonight I smashed my pull up PB… previous PB= -1. New PB 4 x 8 pull ups with a band!!! Yay!! Step by step I’m getting fitter and stronger and leaner. Some days it’s slower and some days it’s faster… I’m grateful to have started this crazy journey. Imagine where I’ll be in 6 months from now? Or a year from now?
