    Ah nice, I had a nice AMRAP yesterday which was 10 handstand pushups, 5 L-hang pullups and a run on 5 minutes.

    I never managed to get handstand pushups until last night, they were kipping with a 10KG weight under the ab mat, but the fact I could string 7 together unbroken was an incredible feeling and just shows how much I have progressed after 1 year of Crossfit. 😀

      Good on you!!! I struggle with kipping. I’m finally doing pull ups (with Bands) – this was a huge step for me. So anyone who kips is inspiring to me! I can do handstand push ups – I come from a cheerleading background so the gymnastics/acro helps 😊
