‚̧ԳŹValentines Surprise ‚̧ԳŹ

So I have been in the kitchen all afternoon creating a Valentines surprise for the staff at my school.

What you need:

  • Good quality chocolate
  • Sprinkles
  • Wafer biscuits
  • Marshmallows
  • Honey jumbles
  • Choc hearts

What to do:

  1. Melt half a block of chocolate in a microwave proof bowl – it takes about 40s in my one but if you’re not sure it’s best to do 10s blasts. Always stop before it is all completely melted. Then stir it. It will melt in the hot bowl. If you overheat the chocolate it doesn’t shine and it tastes yukky.¬†
  2. Next it’s time to decorate. Dunk your biscuit/marshmallows into the melted chocolate.¬†¬†¬†
  3. Allow excess chocolate to run off.
  4. Dunk it into the sprinkles.
  5. For the honey jumbles I put a small amount of melted chocolate on the end and then placed a choc heart on top.
  6. Put your treat to the side and get creative!!
